The fees indicated on our website are for information purposes only. Our final charges always depend on the circumstances of the case, the time our colleagues spend working for you and the complexity of the tasks required from us.

We can always give you a price quote or estimation whenever possible once we have an understanding of the legal matter you present to us. We do our best to estimate the foreseeable fees and costs as well as taxes or other charges made by the authorities.
Our concept is to guarantee high quality and comprehensive services to our clients in a quality environment and our rates are created accordingly. We never give up on the quality of our services and therefore cannot give up on our price level.

PROPERTY PURCHASE

+ 27 % VAT
Our fees are usually based on market value of the acquired property but we also consider the complexity of the transaction and other circumstances. In average our fee is 1% + VAT of the value of the property.
FLIGHT DELAY CLAIMS

We collect your compensation from the airline on a clear contingency basis (no win, no fee). Our fees are 20% + all attorney fees granted by the court and are only due if the airline makes payment.
CORPORATE MATTERS

This is an indicative base fee of registering a new company with the Court of Registration that may increase with the complexity of the tasks. The fee also includes 0,5 hours of counseling in respect of setting up your business.
BASE HOURLY FEE
100 EUR
+27% VAT
This is our general hourly fee used for consultancy services. The final hourly rate we use depends on the participating partner and complexity of the matter. We always clearly tell you in advance what rates to expect.
In some cases we also charge 10% administrative costs but the payables are always clearly told up front (no hidden charges).
