WHO WE ARE
Our team currently consists of ten enthusiastic and professional lawyers and trainees.
Our Law Firm was founded by Katalin Redei and Tibor Pal in 1992, following almost 10 years of independent legal work.

From the beginning our office's mission was to provide full-scale, comprehensive services to our clients and we are proud to say that we are still working with most of them from the very beginning. Our success lies in our efforts to make our knowledge up to date and to have a 'problem solving' approach towards our clients matters.

From December 2017, we moved our office to one of the most modern office complexes in Budapest, located in the 13th district with perfect transportation options. By this relocation we will make another step forward to provide not only outstanding professional services but guarantee top quality environment for our clients.

Our ever-growing team currently consists of ten lawyer colleagues (partners, attorneys and trainee lawyers) and an office administrator. Besides a general proficiency in most fields we work at, members of our team are often specialized in a special legal area of their interest.

PARTNERS
Katalin Rédei
​
Katalin made her law degree in 1978 at the well-known Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law. For more than 15 years she was a trade-law specialist working with multinational companies trying to gain a foothold in the then emerging Hungarian market of the early 90s. She is one of the founding partners, still with a strong focus on our assignments concerning trade-law, labor-law matters and also deals with large investments in Hungary of our multinational corporation clients.
​Tibor Pál
Tibor made his degree at ELTE Faculty of Law in 1978 and has been working as an attorney-at-law. A founding partner of our Law Firm from 1992, his main focus has always been on corporate law, with a great emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, share-transactions and general corporate legal matters. Tibor is also the leading partner of our Law Firm.
András Pál

Having acquired his degree at ELTE Faculty of Law in 2005, Andras has been working with us ever since, first as a trainee to later become our third partner. Specialized in real estate transactions and corporate matters he is also supervising our e-commerce and construction-law section.
